Chipotle Southwest Dressing

All Indians living in urban cities may not have visited the cities of Mexico but definitely have tasted the cuisines and sauces of Mexico. Those who are lovers of subway sandwiches must have tasted the Mexican sauce and relished it. The velvety and pleasant flavours that burst in our mouth with every bite of sub-sandwich is because of the condiment that has been added to the foot long. Without a chipotle sauce it does get the right flavours not to miss the creamy texture which keeps the bread moist. Besides sandwiches this can be used as a dressing to make different types of salads. Many interesting recipes can be prepared using this sauce cum dressing.

Chipotle Southwest Dressing has a pinkish colour and the major taste is of paprika along with other ingredients. Most of the Mexican dishes contain this dressing in them to enhance the taste of the dishes. Let us prepare the most famous dish of Mexico, the burritos. To prepare this dish first heat the vegetable oil in a medium in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped beans and 3/4 cup water; bring to a low boil, then mix in the chicken and cook until the mixture is slightly thickened. Add in it cilantro and season with salt and pepper. If you wat you can also add tomatoes and onion to the pan and make the mixture more tangy.

Now Heat the tortillas on a skillet or tawa. Spread Veeba’s Chipotle Southwest.  Arrange the already cooked rice horizontally in the lower half of each tortilla, leaving a 1 1/2-inch border on all sides. Top evenly with the cheese, chicken mixture, lettuce and some onion rings. Fold the bottom edge of each tortilla and fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Diagonally cut the burritos in half and serve with Chipotle dressing or ranch dressing on the side.

Veeba offers one of the best Chipotle Southwest which is 78% fat free and 100% vegetarian and therefore one can also make vegetarian burritos at home. Being trans-fat and cholesterol free it is fit for everyone and safe for the kids too.
